Today at work my boss was in his office and I walked by and thought I saw a naked women on his computer, then a minute or so later I walked by again, he was watching a porno movie or on some website. We all know in the office that he has this addiction to porn but the problem is that he watches it at work. I am not sure what I should do, just let it go or talk to someone higher up than he. I am afraid if he finds out it was me that told on him, he would treat me horrible in the office. Hope you can help.

You should definitely have to report this to your supervisor or someone in a higher position then he is because this is just unacceptable behavior and is creating a hostile environment for you to work in. If he finds out you’re the one that told on him and treats you differently, that is considered harassment and you can sue your company for it if he is harassing you and your company does not doing anything about it.
Another way to approach it, which I don’t know if it would work is if you send an anonymous email to your supervisor or whoever you would’ve talked to about the situation and let them know what has been happening in the office and because you don’t want to get in trouble, you are sending an anonymous email to them about it.
This issue needs to be addressed because its just not appropriate behavior to have at the work place. His unprofessional behavior needs to be addressed and he needs to know his boundaries at work. There is no reason why you and your other co-workers have to be put in an uncomfortable position because he does not know how to behavior in the work place.
