I am 16 years old and have been with my boyfriend for 7 months now. For the past 3 days he has lied to me about his whereabouts. I received many calls from friends and people who care that that my boyfriend, is sleeping with my (was) best friend.
I asked her to her face, “Are you as my best friend sleeping with my Boyfriend?â€. She said no at first and then said yes. I asked him and he swore on the love that he says he has for me that it didn’t happen. He admitted to lying to me about being with her those three days but he said that they did not have sex. What should I do? I love him but can’t trust him. I can’t eat or sleep because all I can think about is them together. It’s haunting me. I need your help.

I am sorry to hear about your best friend betraying you like that, with friends like her, who the heck needs enemies? She is not your friend and its good that you found out, but not the way that you did. As for your boyfriend, you are right not to trust him. It sounds like he is not telling you the truth about what is going on and you should not be with someone you can’t even trust.
I know it is hard for you to accept it because she was your friend. But the choice you have to make now is to deal with your heartbreak the best that you can and know that you deserve better in a boyfriend and in a friend. This will take a lot of time for you to get over, but trust me on one thing, you will get over it eventually. You may not believe it now but one day you will look back and laugh and ask yourself how you could’ve wasted so much time getting over a jerk like him.
