In the beginning of my relationship, I have found my boyfriend writing emails and talking to his ex-girlfriend, in online dating websites, emailing and talking with other women. When I confronted him, he told me his roommates were the ones doing it, that it didn’t mean anything and was all a joke.
He has lied about going to work out of town when he has really been on vacations out of state. We just celebrated our first anniversary and I found more online activity. He was in a mail order bride website. Again, when confronted he told me it was something his friends did and was all a joke. He says it is nothing and that I am overreacting. Is this nothing or is it something?

Girl, please wake up! This is definitely something and for you to keep it going for so long just shows that you are in denial. Your boyfriend has shown he is a liar, stop letting him make a fool out of you. Even if he hasn’t cheated on you, which I would not be surprised at all if he did, he has lied to you so many times about talking to all these girls and going on these websites.
Cut this guy loose because he sounds like a big loser. You are not overreacting, but you are definitely under-reacting. Pick yourself out of this relationship with a guy who cannot tell a lie to save his life. Don’t stay in this relationship, only to allow him to cheat on you physically one day as well.
