I wrote you about my ex boyfriend that I was suppose to marry last year. He has moved out and I was trying to move on. I have met several guys. Most of them want me to be in a serious relationship with them when I do not think that I am ready for it.
When I explain my reason for it, most will turn it around to try and make me feel guilty. I know it is best for me. I think I just want to date without being in a relationship. I am not sure how I should go about it.
I do not want people to look at me on a negative aspect. Society gives woman a negative name when they date but it is okay for a guy to date as many people as he wants without the negative aspect on him. Should I

Dear Michelle,
I don’t think there is anything wrong if you are just dating. Just let the guys know that you aren’t sure when you will be ready for a serious relationship and right now you are just meeting new people and having fun. Don’t worry about what people say about you because if it is not true, then it shouldn’t matter what they are saying anyway.
