Hello! I am writing because I am dating an older and I’d like to know if he’s truly into me or not. He’s 40 and I’m 20. We’ve been dating for about 2 months now. He takes me out on all kinds of dates (movies, dinners, clubs, arcades, etc).
He’s really a kid at heart and I love that about him. We’re even going to the Bahamas this upcoming month. I’m totally crazy about him but he’s unmarried, no kids and a successful career. Do you think he’s really into me or simply dating me for the fun?

Since you have been dating him for awhile, have you guys been dating exclusively? I would think that if you guys have been exclusively dating you shouldn’t worry that much. But to put your mind to ease, I think you should have a talk with him to see where he sees your relationship going because you don’t want to waste your time on someone who doesn’t see a future with you.
If you guys aren’t dating exclusively, then he may be just dating around and having fun. If you want him to settle down or if you want to be exclusive, I would suggest you talk to him and see where he stands. Let him know how you feel and see if he does feel the same way about you because it sounds like to me you want a serious relationship with him. So the sooner you find out, the better because you don’t want to stay with him for years and find out that he wasn’t serious about your relationship. That is really the only way you can attempt to find out how he feels about you and what type of future he sees with you.
