My co worker is constantly hitting on me and I don’t know how to get him to stop. I tell him that I have a boyfriend but he is always telling me how beautiful I am and how great he would treat me if I was his girlfriend. This has been going on for a few months now and I try to avoid him but sometimes he just follows me around.
I don’t want to report him because I don’t want to get him in trouble but at the same time it is really bothering me and I don’t know what to do anymore. Any advice?

Dear Fran,
The problem is that your co worker has not taken the hint and has been harassing you. You need to let him know that your busy at work and you are getting behind on your work, if he still refuses to stop bothering you, then I suggest you do mention this to your supervisor because it is affecting you at work. You may not want to get him in trouble but it sounds like this guy needs to be reminded to remain professional at the workplace.
